Our favourite Westlife star will be chatting to Ray!

The lineup for this weekend’s Ray D’Arcy show is here.
First up is former Head Coach of the Irish Boxing Team Billy Walsh will join Ray for his first in-depth TV interview since his controversial resignation two years ago.
He chat to Ray about his new role as Head Coach of USA Boxing and how he has won two international awards for his transformative work with them. He’ll also talk about leaving the Irish boxing team and what it was like to be at The Rio Olympics but fighting in another corner.
An inspirational story from student Katie Cooke will follow. The 20-year-old suffers from epilepsy and will reveal how running changed her life. She’ll discuss how she’s preparing for the biggest and most challenging run of her life in November – The New York City marathon. Her neurologist Dr. Colin Doherty, who runs the marathons with her to ensure she’s okay, will also join the show, along with her Mum Nicola.
Former Westlife star Markus Feehily will join Ray in studio to chat about the exciting news that he will support Mariah Carey during her 2017 Christmas tour later this year.
Markus has been a huge fan of Mariah Carey for a long time and credits her music with getting him through the darker times of coming to terms of who he was as a teenager. He’ll also be revealing what it’s really like to work with Russell Crowe, as he performed with at the Olympia when Russell was in town last weekend.
Markus recorded a single with Mariah back in 2000 when he was in Westlife.
Good News is back and this time it’s Teresa Mannion who takes to the newsdesk to bring us some feel good news from all over the country.
And Ray’s House hunt is back…the game of speed, memory and stamina that anyone can play for money from the comfort of their own home.
